This is the last practice for Furo (brazier) in this year. In late autumn, it takes a little longer for boiling water in the Kama (kettle).

From around the middle of October, we set up the tea room with the remnants of the season. The Kaiseki menu served at the tea ceremony also be carefully prepared to remind us of the last vestiges of the season.
